If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, requirements, credentials, access, documentation, test environments, and other materials reasonably required to perform the agreed services.

Any delay caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information, approvals, access, or feedback may result in an adjustment to the project timeline.

The client must ensure that all information, software, content, data, and materials provided to QA Services Hub are legally obtained and that the client has the necessary rights to use and share them.

4. Project Scope

Before starting a project, the scope of work, deliverables, estimated timeline, pricing, and other relevant requirements may be documented and agreed upon by both parties.

Requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope may be considered additional work and may require additional fees and/or an extension of the delivery timeline.

QA Services Hub reserves the right to decline requests that are illegal, unethical, technically unsafe, or outside our professional capabilities.

5. Pricing and Payment

All service fees will be communicated to the client before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Depending on the project, QA Services Hub may require an advance payment, milestone payment, or full payment before commencing or delivering certain services.

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

If a payment is delayed or remains outstanding, QA Services Hub may temporarily suspend work until the outstanding amount is settled.

Any additional work requested by the client outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

QA Services Hub will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

However, delivery dates may be affected by factors including:

  • Delayed client feedback or approval
  • Changes in project requirements
  • Delayed access to systems or test environments
  • Technical dependencies
  • Third-party services or platforms
  • Unforeseen technical issues
  • Force majeure events

Where such circumstances occur, the project timeline may be reasonably adjusted.

7. Testing and Quality Assurance

While QA Services Hub follows professional testing and quality assurance practices, software testing cannot guarantee that a product will be completely free from defects or errors.

Our testing services are intended to identify and report defects, risks, usability issues, performance problems, and other issues within the agreed testing scope.

The client remains responsible for final decisions regarding deployment, release, production use, and business operations.

8. Changes and Revisions

Clients may request reasonable changes or revisions within the agreed project scope.

Requests that materially change the original requirements, functionality, technology, or project scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees.

Any significant change may also affect the original delivery timeline.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the ownership and usage rights of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable service agreement or project contract.

QA Services Hub retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, processes, know-how, and reusable technical components.

The client shall not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit QA Services Hub’s proprietary materials without prior written permission.
